1.) Acknowledge your feeling.
2.) Is there a solution to what you are worrying about? If YES, stop worrying. If No, there’s no point in worrying rather acceptance is the remedy.
3.) How many people have lived through that worry and got past it? If MANY, why are you worrying? If FEW to NONE go back to Number 2.
4.) Don’t worry, Be Happy. A calm mind and cheerful heart is often enough to end all worries 🙂
5.) Always prepare, don’t act whenever it is already near deadline (Whatever it is).
BE POSITIVE. It’s the surest way to repel worrying 😉
